Ingredients

For the sweet jalapeno mayonnaise:
As needed, mayonnaise
As needed, hot jalapeno jelly
Melt jalapeno jelly until liquid. Stir into mayonnaise until well blended.

  • 1 TNT burger patty of your choice
  • 1 hamburger bun, or bolillo, toasted
  • 2 slices smoked deli ham
  • 1 slice pepper jack cheese
  • 5-6 fried pork rinds
  • 2 Tablespoons guacamole
  • 2 Tablespoons sweet jalapeno mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Cook burger to an internal temperature of 160°F.
  2. Grill or griddle ham until warm.
  3. Spread guacamole on top bun and jalapeno mayo on the bottom bun.
  4. Place burger on bottom bun. Top with pepper jack cheese and ham.
  5. Pile pork rinds on top of the ham. Serve with top bun offset and extra guacamole on the side.

Concept Variations

Healthy Alternatives

Substitute low-fat mayo and one slice of ham only. Omit the pork rinds and opt for a smaller burger size, e.g. 5.3 oz. rather than an 8 oz. patty.

Hearty Additions

Extra cheese, extra guacamole. What the heck—use two patties!
