Healthy Alternatives
Substitute low-fat mayo and one slice of ham only. Omit the pork rinds and opt for a smaller burger size, e.g. 5.3 oz. rather than an 8 oz. patty.
Hearty Additions
Extra cheese, extra guacamole. What the heck—use two patties!
Trend-Worthy
Make the guacamole or the hamburger bun, or both in-house. Make sure you call this out on your menu. Customers love “made from scratch” ingredients.
